Shoppers Drug Mart Meadowbrook Shopping Centre

Long wait to be acknowledged by staff, and I hate giving my personal details every time I pick up a prescription. Publicly stating your name, address, phone number AND birthdate infringes on my privacy. There must be a better way to identify clients. Anyone can steal my identity. Poor system. Not looking forward to picking up my prescription today.

Pharmacy is very slow. I’ve had some staff not even acknowledge me when I walk up to the counter. Not my favourite shoppers!

Service from pharmacy staff is very slow, for whatever reason, staffing levels etc. This is my local pharmacy, though now Ive moved all of my accounts out of there. Too slow, too many hassles.

Shopping carts

Usually I love coming to this shoppers. Not overly busy.. so you can be in and out in a minute. Except I ended up having to go through not 1 but 5 shopping carts to find one that had the clasps on it to buckle in my daughter. . I would like to thank the security guard & the lady who was working in cosmetics who helped me find a shopping cart. 7pm on Saturday July 23rd 2016

This store drives...

This store drives me crazy. The staff are always new and inexperienced in all departments. I live across the street but will drive further away to go to another store from now on. I will no long fill my prescriptions, buy my food or my cosmetics here. Also this locations return/exchange policy is misleading. *The owner instructs then no returns.
