    One of my biggest...

    One of my biggest regrets is going through Go Kia South to buy a car. Part of the agreement when I bought the car was that I would get free oil changes for while I had the car. Find out that they don't have it on file and since the person who sold the car is no longer there they can't confirm this despite it being on my bill of sale. Worst service ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    Absolutely horrib...

    Absolutely horrible!! After taking our Kia in and spending over 500$ on repairs we are faced with the exact same issue in less than a week! We then take the vehicle back in and leave it there for three days only to find out that they were unable to find the problem. Now we have an unfixed vehicle, which is infuriating enough but to make matters worse we found deep gouges on the passenger door. These are intentional key marks and the whole door will need to be repainted as a result. On top of that, the communication with this place is so poor. We had to call each day to find out if there were any updates and have been waiting days to hear back from them about the damage done to our car when it was in their care. Don't go here, completely careless and negligent.

    John Grimaldi sold us our first Kia, a 2006 Sedona Van. Great experience. I would not hesitate to refer anyone looking for a new or used car to this dealership. In my experience great Customer service and satisfaction is their top priority
