Terrible Customer Service
went in for a refund after I had been struggling with the wireless internet connection to my laptop. I had bought a D-Link wireless network adapter for gaming purposes but I was still getting some pretty bad lag issues that this D-Link adapter did nothing to improve so I decided to return the adapter. The return was a NIGHTMARE. The man that serviced my refund, a man by the name of Gerald, was as rude about the refund as he could possibly be. He started arguing with me that my reasons for returning the adapter were completely unfounded and went on to remark that perhaps my ignorance with technology was behind my issues. And mind you, he did this all in a very agressive and violent tone. It was very hard to hold my tongue. I had been a steady customer of bonnie doon's the source for 4 years. I even bought my two big screens from them. You can bet I am never setting foot in any "the source" stores ever again. Avoid this "Gerald" character at all costs.
