Bought a pair of earbuds here, with the 2 X replacement plan. I am already replacing them for the 3rd time. for the last replacement, tried to go to the store, it was temporarily closed. Next day tried to call and see if it was open, got the call center. They gave me the store number..no one answered..for 2 days. Called the mall, yes the store is open. Went to try and get replacement headphones..oh, we were filming a commercial, have to restock shelves,come back tomorrow. didnt seem to care

I could say that the customer service is awful and the manager doesnt care about anything but making money and all of that would be true, but truthfully the worst thing about this store is the fact that it sells junk products. On 3 different occasions the blank CDs I bought from this store were poor quality and did not work and I NEVER got a refund, despite being sold a product that does not work. I went here out of convenience and 2 times the CDs I bought were ok. Dont spend your money here.
