    Worst car service in my life

    I agree! Someone told me to check them out but now I wish I never listened. I'm from out of town so I needed my windshield, car starter and headlight fixed asap. I told them that ahead of time and he said it was no problem. So I gave them my car bright and early in the morning. While I was waiting in line to get my car back, they had lost the keys of the lady ahead of me in line! If that wasn't bad enough, they didnt do any of the things I asked except for the windshield and even that wasn't done right. My car was making noises in their parking lot when i turned it on. I call the owner to listen and he first pretends like he doesnt hear a thing. They broke something and now they're not owning up to it. He (Dean) was blaming me for not maintaining my vehicle!!! Later on, I found out they overcharged me for that windshield. Now, I can't go back to my city as my headlights still dont work and I have to stay an extra day to get that fixed elsewhere. I am never going back there again and I recommend people go ANYWHERE but there.

    Bad place to get work done, DO NOT GO THERE!

    HORRIBLE is still a nice word for this place. Had my windshield replaced. Got rain the night after and the car was socked inside. Ziebart (South) towed the car to their shop in the morning and PROMISED that the car will be done by 4pm. It was done at 5:30pm. Then the real fun began. They did not install 2 plastic covers properly, one of these covers flew away while driving on the highway. Then I discovered, that the hose for the windshield washer system, was pinched by another plastic cover. Worse than HORRIBLE workmanship. VERY INCOMPETENT! On top, they were not telling me the truth, whatever fit to not make me explode, was said. Promises where not held! DO NOT GO THERE, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, AND YOU WILL WASTE A LOT OF TIME VISITING THEM FOR THINGS THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! (I will be going back the 3rd time, but I will bring my car to the dealer, I know that they can fix it!)
