Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest because this firm deserves lower. They advertise low fees but then charge more than double and categorize erroneous charges as disbursements. Stay far away from this firm if you want to avoid erroneous disbursements for 10 year file storage fees, file admin fees, Faxes, Postage. It'll cost you thousands of dollars whereas most other firms in Edmonton don't deploy these deceptive practices.
