My bathroom project was a disaster to begin with, the whole uprooting and complete remodelling was exhausting, UNTIL Westridge came into the picture. I was so stressed out and they just took control and gave me exactly what I needed. They ended up doing such a great job keeping to my customizations and staying on my budget that the experience ended up being great. The whole team from the showroom to the installation guys were so friendly and helpful. I would work with them again in a heart beat.

My husband and I have purchased three new homes in the past 10 years and all three builders used Westridge Cabinets. Each and every experience has been positive. They are very helpful during the selection process. We will continue to recommend Westridge Cabinets weather we build again or stay put.
Westridge Cabinets has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. A week before moving into our brand new home (September 2012), my husband and I stopped to check on the house's progress on the day that the cabinet installers were there (and no other trades were). The installers had broken the pendant light above our silgranite kitchen sink, and the resulting shard had dropped into the sink, making a large gash in a sink that is literally engineered to not scratch or chip under normal everyday use. Accidents happen- fast forward to March 2013, and, after submitting photos of the damage and numerous copies of our plumbing invoice, Westridge has yet to settle this matter. Just today (March 19, 2013) they offered either to cut us cheque for the cost of the sink, provided we turn the damaged sink into them, or a cheque for less than the value of the sink, if we elect to keep the damaged sink. This is an undermount sink, requiring the countertop company to come back, remove the granite slab on top of our island, and then reinstall it once the new sink is in place. But, Westridge doesn't care about their customers, so they don't care who has to pay for the labour, as long as they can get out with compensating us as little as possible. Westridge has been a nightmare to deal with, and I would strongly recommend them to my worst enemy.
