Horrible after sale service. Marble dining room table had obvious manufacturer defect. A large crack in the frame was visible from the bottom. This crack road up the frame and behind the marble top causing the marble to then crack and fall off. Sales manager kept saying that the marble fell off from impact, even though the pieces that fell off have no visible signs of impact. Even after showing him the pictures of the actual frame and how the crack lines up with the pieces of marble, he said that there is a small piece missing that we showed him. Upon further inspection, there was no missing piece. He said that he would not help us and said we have to contact the distributor. When we contacted them, they informed us that the claim had to made through the retailer and not a 3rd party. Contacting Yvonne's manager again, he said he would not do anything. We have spent thousands there, never to go back again with this new management.
