Highway 28 Towing & Recovery

I've been in the automobile sales and repair industry for several years, using towing companies many times. Dealing with this company was the worst experience I've had. The guy who claimed was the owner was rude and difficult to deal with. There are lots of options if you need this kind of service. Stay away from this one.

Crappy customer service over the phone. Would not recommend.

Called Nathan 02/04/2019 during the super cold snap and somehow he came in 2 hours; a welcome and excellent callout. Managed to get his flat deck into our rural driveway and tow in record time! Nathan, I will not hesitate to call on you again - I am so pleased. Thanks so very much - cheers, Tammy

So my alternator died on my car I had a spare battery and I was just trying transferred over I couldn't get it so my wife called and just said my husbands trying to fix it but I need a tow and he says on the phone if you're going to sit there and think with tools i'm not going to help you and hung up on us so my wife called back and said no we need a tow And he says I have no interest in helping you so there we were stranded in the middle of nowhere in and tow truck company would not even give

I literally signed up on YP just to express how terrible the service was. Told me they couldon't trust me to stay at said location when it was pretty clear I was stuck. The person over phone was also insanely rude. Good luck getting a raise there bud.

Horrible customer...

Horrible customer service. Very rude. Called for a tow out of a ditch. Was on a rural route and not sure how to find the exact location. Was told that I was on the phone for 3 mins already and to call back if I figured it out..not a way to deal with anyone. Roads were black ice from melting then having 15 cm of snow.
