The cab driver was excellent, drove safe, and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. The dispatcher was incredibly unprofessional on the radio. She was talking to a driver like he was an idiot when he was asking a question about the line up and started screaming check check check at him over and over on the radio for all drivers and passengers to hear. I feel sorry for all the drivers that have to deal with someone like that.
My sister complained about one of there drivers making an illegal u turn and the current dispatcher posted her home address online for everyone see!!! I wouldn't feel safe nor confident giving them my service. Keep it classy Grande Prairie.
This company is a nightmare. They came 35 minutes late, despite repeatedly telling me that they were less than 5mins away. As a result, I missed my Greyhound Bus to Edmonton, and the event that I was heading down for. They did not apologize, but instead blamed the whole thing on the fog...?
I booked a cab in advance to the Greyhound station. While the dispatcher repeatedly assured me that my cab was less than five minutes away, the taxi didn't arrive until five minutes AFTER my bus was scheduled to depart. Their tardiness was blamed on the fog - the cabby claimed he couldn't see where he was going...? GP IS A GRID! Anyway, I missed my bus to Edmonton and was jerked around for thirty minutes, first thing in the morning. MISERABLE!
