My parents just rented a car from there for a week. First off the car seemed fine, as it wasn't cold. Once the colder weather hit the heater didn't work, wouldn't even defrost the windshield my dad called to complain. They did nothing. He returns it lastnight and mistakenly leaves something in the vehicle. Calls right after putting keys in drop box and leaves a message. They don't call him, he calls them and claims they haven't cleaned the vehicle yet. A friend of mine pops in there to talk to them and they claim the cars out for rent again already. So either they stole what he was looking for or the don't properly clean vehicles between rentals. And we've called several times and no one will do anything. Going to head office. Don't recommend renting from them. 3 different people have spoken to them n we've gotten 3 different stories. Told my dad they hadn't cleaned it yet. Told my friend who walked in the store front they didn't clean it n let it out for rent again. N I just called and they claim to have cleaned it n didn't find it.
