I purchased furniture and a refrigerator from The Brick and was told they would arrive on the following Tuesday. I arranged to have them picked up on the Saturday after giving plenty of time to unload the shipment etc. My husband and a friend who had taken the time to help out arrived at the store only to find out that all of my purchase was buried in the back of a truck that had only arrived the day before. Rather than call on Tuesday to let us know it had not arrived as promised, we wasted our time and went all the way out there expecting them to be ready to go. Then because they couldn't deliver until late Saturday a whole days plans were ruined. No compensation other than the offer to deliver. Not impressed.
