It was horrible. Food was cold and stale like it had been lying half the day and when we complained to management for a discount they refused to budge. Will definitely never go back

I went with only my small child, the food was quite bad, seems as though it has just been sitting out under the warmers all day and maybe wasn't even fresh before that. It cost 38$.. I should have checked the prices before but for the two of us and the fact we didn't take much food or really eat any since it tasted gross I was very disappointed to have paid that much. I would never go back.

I ordered a caesa...
I ordered a caesar (short not tall) and it came with no vodka added it. I do not drink alcohol very much so I can tell when it has been added. They lied and said there was vodka in it when there wasn't Anyone who would be so cheap as to not even add alcohol to a drink should not be visited by patrons! Disgusting place to eat!

Restaurant has ex...
Restaurant has extensive menu online but when you arrive its simply a overpriced buffet, very crowded, pathway to food is same one as people coming & leaving, also dont order wine at 5.95 a glass as you only get 1/2 a glass. Food is lots of fried & breaded stuff, we took friends at my recommendation from the on line menu, never again, its back to the Dynasty Restaurant for us. Tables are very close together so packed in and the service counter is also right where people come & go.

Restaurant seemed clean. Lots of variety in the buffet, how ever nothing was very good. Lots of fried foods, overly salty, soup didn't have a lot of flavour, food was lukewarm and most tasted as though it had been sitting in the buffet for a while. Service was typical for a buffet. The buffet was somewhat expensive, $20.00/person for poor quality tasting food. Would not recommend.

Service good
Went to Regent last night. Service was good - food nothing to special. We had some individual dishes and they were nothing to write home about. We had the grilled chicken breast with lemon sauce - I have never seen a chicken breast look like that. The noodles just seemed to be cooked in water and not drained properly. Would only recommend if had no where else to go.

Just came back from the Regent this evening...what a major disapointment. Went there with a friend because we had read some good reviews on other websites as well as from a few co-workers. Ordered dinner for one, and this is what I got: flat eggroll which barely had any stuffing and served in the plum sauce (yes, you read right; in the plum sauce!) I've had better grocery store frozen eggrolls. Spare Ribs: breaded deepfried and probably the worst cut of the spareribs you could possibly get. Beef and Broccoli with frozen carrots (yes, mushy frozen carrots- a vegetable that can be bought inexpensively 12 months of the year.), lots of broccoli though and very little beef. Tasty sauce. Chicken Fried Rice: bland but not bad. To top off the meal, the ubiquitous fortune cookie! Mine was fortuneless! Figures! Needless to say, I will never return. Lethbridge has much better Asian food restaurants.
