Very Poor customer service. Had windshield installed, now for first time in vehicles history gets an inch of built up ice in door jam. Fit of windshield looks poor and not convinced the proper model or installed poorly! Obviously they wouldn’t even try to help or stand behind work or this review wouldn’t be here

I would just like to say how impressed I am with the new window. The installers were absolutely so professional and did a crazy wonderful job, working, cleaning up, taking care to make no mess at all. I have no hesitation recommending them and your company to everyone I know and I will definitely have my next three windows done with you guys. Thanks for the great service! Yvonne M

We had a shower enclosure installed and the workmanship and product were top notch. There was a little chip in the door that nobody would have noticed, the installer pointed it out and it was promptly replaced. Oh and they were 1/3 the price of prestige.

Went with friend for her new shower door glass and mirrors for the renovation, they had such nice displays and product and helpful people. Nice job!

Awhile ago, I had windshield broken while in the Hat, great job coming to my rescue! And super nice people and great price compared to other places.

I do NOT recommend this business. They call their customers liars! When you drop off your door with hinges to get glass replaced, you expect the hinges still on the door. They didn't try to fix the problem, they just insisted that they do not have them. The manager hung the phone up on me. Very disappointed in the customer service this company gives.

After having a wind shield installed, we returned on 3 seperate occasions complaining of excessive wind noise. We were assured that there was absolutely nothing wrong. We then went to capital glass to replace it. Who informed us that the when the previously installed windshield from (south country ) was done : 1)surrounding pieces were broken and 'glued' together with sealant in an attempt to hide damage. 2) house hold silicone and weather stripping were used. After much argueing and stress we were refunded our money from south country glass. And are happy with the job capital glass did.. Buyer beware!
