Canadian Tire General Store

Called to see if they had a trampoline I was looking for. She told me yes. I said I was on my way from Airdrie to pick it up.When I got there she told my they sold it online and they cant let me buy the one they put away for me. A lot of driving for nothing. Will never support this small town Canadian tire again. The workers thought it was funny. Happy Easter to my kids. Thanks

Called them to see if they had what we needed they said they had two, so we drove half an hour to town only for them to tell us "whats on the shelf is all we got and it looks like we have none". This is not the first time this has happened either, thought things would have changed at least a little bit since last time but obviously not. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOWN!

Flyer Stock

This store never has anything on the flyer in stock. You can go there the first day at 8 in the morning and theres no stock.

poor service in the auto service.

Called auto service and got put on hold indefinately, called back got put through to customer service, they took my number said someone would phone back , didnt happen after 2 hours called back to book fedral inspection on pwc trailer and was told couldnt do it till monday and it was tuesday, 7 days later to do a 5 min compliance label check and look at tire size. I asked if he new what was involved and was told he did.I called the cochrane canadian tire and they said it was so simple no need to book an appointment just bring it in anytime and they would do it for me right away no matter how busy it was it would only take a couple of minutes.Very dissapointed in our newer local store.
