    Wonderful staff and service! Have dealt with them for Shaw Direct and have had nothing but professionalism and quality service! Their store staff took the time to help me purchase the right TV for my needs, and their techs came out to set everything up for me. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

    Recently bought a hot tub excellent service and very good prices, I had a question while the store was closed regarding the set up of the hot tub and I got help and a response right away if your in the market for a hot tub I greatly recommend stopping in

    Terrible service,...

    Terrible service, rude, arrogant, condescending. They say they'll call but NEVER do, still waiting, and its been more than a week and a half. When trying to call no answer from them. Called at least 10 times within that week and a half duration. Do yourself a favor and never choose these people to do an installation. Just absolutely horrible service with no excuses.
