If you have lots of money to burn this is the place to go. Everything is grossly overpriced. Unfortunatey they have no competition for Honda, KTM or Bombardier so if you need something in a pinch you’re at their mercy. I have found the parts guys are very smug and unhelpful. Constantly have to special order parts and good lluck trying to return anything if you get the wrong part (they won’t take back special order parts). As for service, find yourself a good mechanic. Go elsewhere. Anywhere.

Service was ok but when the young fella drove my bike around and into my trailer, He was going a bit quick and I didn’t like how the bike launched into the trailer, but I forgive him. And Im still wondering how the chip bag got in my quad tire 😂
Overall, I will continue to shop there.
Love the Service, the Sales Team is amazing. Always there when you need something and they don't just sell you a machine they will also help you out with all the gear you may need.

Very poor customer service. Especially at tge parts counter. Its almost like they want people to go else where. I avoid this place as much as possible but unfortunatly they are the only dealer in Red Deer. I've been there many times and every experience is just as bad or worse.
Very poor parts service and Sales, been dealing with Turple bros for 10 years unfortunately the only can am- ski-doo dealer in Red Deer, and yesterday will be the last time I'm ever back in there... Found out they sold my sled that I snow checked in the spring and won't return my deposit!!!! This was very upsetting to say the least.... Bunch of we're sorry was meantioned and that's it!!! Not to meantioned the close to $30000 cash I've spent in there over the years. Oh and if you need parts go to another dealer or power sports unlimited for a saving of between 25-50%... So very disappointed that that's their customer service to so called valued customers.. My advice, drive to edmonton or calgary to make your purchase, it'll be worth it in the long run.
We have enjoyed a 5 yr relationship with Turple Brothers up until recently.
I would follow our salesman anywhere! Troy is awesome and amazing to deal with. He has been tremendous is our searches for the best quads for our family and I would refer him in a heartbeat!!! I would still purchase our quads from this company as the pricing and the sales staff are phenomenal.
Sadly, the service department lacks not only in managerial skill and support; but also the experience and willingness to provide adequate customer service. They have failed us miserably as a consumer and resulted in time, money and stress added to our already hectic lives. I now have to transport our quad an hour up to Edmonton to someone who actually knows how to properly repair a can am quad. I know it is hard to get good staff, but the lack of qualified staff on their part shouldn't result in damage to my quad nor extra costs out of my pocket!
If you have not choice but to use their service department, get everything in writting! Do not accept phone call quotes, go look at the problem in person! Don't just "trust" their word, sadly, trust isn't always being delivered.
