    I took lessons with Mitchel at 53rd street music and he was amazing! The staff helped me find a great guitar that worked for me and we're very happy to help!

    Bad attitudes. Always make me feel unimportant and lousy. Get yourselves together people, you are losing a lot of business. I used to like this place.

    I wish there was an option for 0 stars...

    I shouldn't feel like I'm being judged every time i walk into the store. I am a paying customer who has bought stuff in the past yet i feel like a second class citizen whenever I'm there. I don't get more than a "what's up?" when I enter and I have to wait at the till for the employees to finish their conversation before they help me. I would go to Music Centre Canada if they had the strings I use but they don't. The staff turnover is also ridiculous, I don't know how head office hasn't noticed.
