Action-able-plumbing & heating

Barry is very knowledgable, however, I called him to fix an issue with my fireplace, and $820 later and two parts replaced in my furnace (which was working fine before he arrived) and my fireplace issue was not resolved. I had someone else look at the fireplace and they quickly figured out the problem that was overlooked by Barry. I gave him an opportunity to discuss the problem and his response was to become defensive and continue to point to an issue that would not solve the problem.
