    We have had Columbia Appliance take care of all our appliances in our home for the last 30 years. Oswaldo is very friendly and knowledgeable. He will not hesitate to help and guide you if you’re just looking for advice or parts to do it yourself. I highly recommended him!!

    We hired columbia to repair our washing machine. They ordered a brand new part and installed it. The Technician told my wife it was “good to go” and left. She put a load of laundry in and returned to work. Well, apparently the technician didn’t re-attach a pressure switch line because the washer never shut off. It flooded my house and caused nearly $30,000 in damages. The worst part though is that they have never responded to us regarding the issue, at one point they even told our insurance co

    We sincerely apologize about the situation. As the owner of the company I acknowledge that it must have been a frustrating experience. A big mistake on my part was relying on the recently hired technician to resolve this issue with you. We no longer have this technician on our team. Over the last 40 years we have been known for our excellent service and integrity and this is the first incident of this kind and our only insurance claim; we regret that it was at your inconvenience.

    Fixed a balance problem with our dishwasher that was causing it to stop mid cycle, advised that it was not worth repairing a stove we would be replacing anyway in a couple of months. Most reasonable appliance repairman Inhave had in years!
