I went to have a rock chip repaired a few months ago.
The young man who repaired it was exceptionally professional, polite, and efficient. The repair was done quickly and was less expensive than any where else.
So I returned again when I had another rock chip needing repair. My repair was done on the spot without an appointment and again the fellow was above and beyond exceptional in his service and skill with the repair! I highly recommend Glass Masters!

I went in today to get a rock chip repaired and the customer service was great! Everyone was polite and greeted me immediately when I came in the door. Did the repair right away, got a deal with my AMA membership and I was on my way in 15 mins. Great service.

While I have had great experiences in the past, the recent install on my wife’s car has been a gong show since our initial appointment. It took three separate 2 1/2 hour visits; time off work, and taxi transportation/fare to finally get the right windshield in and properly installed. First one was wrong size; second one was poorly installed; third one much better but rain sensor did not work after saying it was tested. Two no shows on promised dates to fix sensor off site at her workplace.
Called to see if they could book me in for a windshield not only did they get me in within the hour but they had my windshield in stock and cheaper then any other place in town, they have earned my business forever!:)
