In a world where customer service is a LOST art, Steam Clean Express gets an A++ Dan is very good at explaining the process and honest about the potential results. New to the area I googled carpet I chose the company with the highest rating and it was actually correct! Smell is gone! the process was explained and they arent in and out in 5 minutes. Daniel really works the carpet even when its +34 inside the house. The lady in the office is very pleasant and cheery! We just purchased our first home and the day before moving in we discovered the carpets were still very dirty. Apparently the seller's realtor hired a well known cleaning company in Red Deer to clean them, but they were still disgusting. Just had our carpets cleaned by Sven. He is fantastic - very friendly and courteous...and thorough. Our carpets are 8 years old and they have never looked better. He removed stains that other cleaners said could not be cleaned! We also appreciate having service on Saturday as so few companies are willing to do so. We just had our carpets in our Condo done. These are the original carpets that are 10 years old and looked the part. After one hour of Steam Clean Express being here you would think we had new carpet installed!!! It is unbelievable what difference these guys can make. We were thinking we had to replace the carpets but now we don't have to!!! Great price!!! Exceptional customer service!!! Professional and friendly!!!
