Was at RBC Spruce Grove on Saturday June 19, walk in i had banking to do and my husband also had banking, 4 tellers , 1 speaking to a client, 2 one there iphones, and the other teller Linda acknowledges me, the other two one there phones don’t acknowledge my husband so he came to the same teller as i, pretty sad that RBC allows there staff to be on there phones while should be working
