    Kim is one of the few who still provide quality customer service. He actually came out to my accident to make sure everything was ok! Always great rates and very informative! I would highly recommend Sword Insurance!

    He will gladly sign you up, continue to collect commission but will not do any work on renewal, and does not notify you in a timely fashion of insurer's requirements.
