Worst service department on the planet. If you are a female you are told your air cabin filter is being changed but if you are guy you get offered the choice. Service department NEVER answers the phone. Rude staff at the desk act like serving you is a chore and you are a bother to deal with or you tell them what's wrong with the vehicle and they don't listen. We have 2 Nissans and we will no longer take them there for service.

We were originally very pleased with the service we received. Our salesman repeatedly told us that if we purchased the vehicle, all cosmetic issues would be fixed. We very specifically pointed out a number of issues, and were told "Yes, absolutely that will be fixed. You don't have to worry". Originally we were told that we could take a courtesy car home that day, and then pick up the Van when everything was fixed.
