Frustrating and Futile
Went to Future Shop to buy a top-of-the-line MacBook Pro computer. The sales associate in the computer department literally could not answer a single question I asked about the product. Three times I was left standing in the aisle when he went off to ask someone else. Then he tried to down-sell me on a "out-of-box" product. At the last minute I notice the computer had no operating system and would not boot. What a waste of time. I am a certified technology specialist - I will NEVER again consider Future Shop for computer purchases of any kind.
