    The worse branch I have dealt with since 1954, customer not their interest you. It is your money and how much they can use if it is, after 70 yrs am changing, so disappointed

    This is the worst bank to deal with in Canada - They have deplorable customer service and, once they have your account they don't make any effort to keep you. The worst of the worst is the McMillan Road branch. They have 1 person doing mortgages...??? What??? Any other bank in Abbotsford will even look after you if you are a walk-in off the street!! These guys don't even make an effort to get you in to see them in a reasonable length of time!! I will NEVER bank here again!!
