    Just bought a 5th wheel, I hope Kustom coach is reading so they can fix the issue. Now I’m concerned. I’ll give feed back.

    Horrible! Customer service isn't supportive. Seems like as soon as I purchased my RV I was not seen as important. There were services done that no one checked with me first. Costing me 150 bucks. Which ended up causing me problems in my sewer system. Which they didn't bother trying to rectify before sending it back to me. Upon me needing to figure it out and it costing me more money doing so had they just communicated to me.I would never purchase a RV from them ever again and no referrals
