    Bowen Therapy-Find A Successful Massage Therapy!

    I had my first appointment at this clinic with Lillian on Saturday, August 3, 2011. I was familiar with the technique, but only through my reading - The Bowen technique of gentle pressure on various pressure points on your body. I have suffered sporadic and intermittent chronic back pain for nearly 25 years. I had no idea how much pain I was in before the treatment b/c I hadn't felt well and was constantly pulling my back out of place with simple daily movements. I was beginning to feel frightened that I may need something more severe - like back surgery and then ultimately a wheel chair - A feeling that had me sick in my stomach of losing my mobility and freedom. Two days after the treatment I had with Lillian, I have experienced ZERO back pain - Yes, Zero! I am more cautious of straining myself after the treatment, but since my Sat apt., I have felt more stress from anticipating pain then I have with any pain - I've had no pain - I just want to jump up and down and clap my hands in enthusiasm! Lillian understood my needs, pinpointed my problems and resolved my pain issues. I will go back for 2-3 more visits and then maintain her services on a regular maintenance only schedule. I can't tell you how good it feels to wake up in the morning and get out of bed without being afraid to bend over, or wince once you open your eyes on waking up b/c you can't roll over to get out of bed! If you have ANY kind of back pain or issues, I cannot recommend strongly enough or more enthusiastically that you - AT THE VERY LEAST - Get an assessment from one of the caregivers at Parkway Massage and Clinic. I got back my life and for that the benefits and effects are absolutely PRICELESS! Pain affects every single aspect f your life. Make your appointment Today. I know you won't be sorry!
