    This place has the worst customer service , no one seems to help and when I finally got hold of someone they couldnt help with my questions. The manager is even worst couldn't help with my questions.

    Absolute worst experience at Staples TWICE in a row. The computer printing stations do not work. When you ask anyone that works there to assist you, they dont know how their own system works. I paid for documents to be printed, they were not provided to me, I was not able to even get a refund because the receipt would not print. What a waste of time. Hire some competent employees that actually know how to assist and update your computer software so it actually works!!!

    Worst staples. Waiting for 30min behind the seller wich was talking chinese to another girl. Totally ignored me and keep looking at me. Worst Seller. 30min for giving me a monitor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STAPLES!

    RUDE!

    This location is my least favourite. The staff there are Rude. The balding tech guy there is the worst. He's been rude to me on many occasions, but I let it slide - he must be very frustrated. A couple of days ago, he was very rude to this Asian girl who was desperately seeking a cable for her phone. Broken English didn't help..... anyway, I ended up helping her. After she left, the cashiers were openly talking about her. Not cool. I think the place reeks of rude - it starts with manager.

    One of the employee or Worker there are veeeerrrrrrryyyyyy ruuuuddddeeee to the customer. I ask for model no. For that printer, i asked him again because the line was not clear in the phone. And told me madly that. I told you already 3 times it was 470. Hes saying that being annoyed to me. Bad impact for the company.

    Very unhappy:)

    Yesterday I went in to fax my certificate of Change of Name.I told the girl I would like to do a fax.She pointed to the self help fax.While i tried to do it on my own, the two young girls were chatting up a storm; un willing to assist AT ALL! Long story short-the fax machine mangled up my legal document.I started to panic asking the girls to help.They were reluctant to do so and took their time coming to assist.They were busy in conversation with each other.So not impressed.Now I have to re order another certificate because this one is ruined! I won't EVER go to this Staples ever again!!!
