    this terrible management company operates our strata in Surrey, but since we moved in a few years ago we are unable to access our own companys records, none of the neighbours have ever seen the financial records either. That Bill Liddle guy swore at my husband. Intimidation tactics? They make it impossible to contact council members. Its like a cult with no transparancy. They dont answer questions, and they *dont accept complaints*. Do not hire these suspect operators.

    This company is a big joke. When you e-mail a strata agent, it goes into a group mailbox so there's no way to contact them individually. Their website is very outdated and looks like something out of 1994. They never respond to emails or return phone calls. By the time they resolve issues months will pass. Very unprofessional and disorganized, these guys are the worst.
