Before this, I don't really know what "worst" means, this company defiantly redefined what worst service is! I have a Liebherr fridge that I have been trying to get the freezer repaired for over 6 months. I have spent close to $600. and it still isn't working. Customer Service takes no responsibility & refers to the technician at all times. Bruce, the tech has been here three times, was supposed to return three weeks ago, after paying $125 AGAIN for him just to walk through the door, did nothing to my freezer, and I'm still getting the run around. I will cut my loses and find someone else.
