i drove my grandmother to her appointments every couple of weeks.She used to do her own nails and trusted no one else with them in the matter she asked.when a family member bought her a gift certificate for the finger nail spa, she found the service exemplary.she developed a great repour with the lead technician, and on occasions if the nails broke, whether it be my grandmothers fault or that of the tech, they were fixed immediately at the expense of the spa. Grandma still wont go anywhere else.
