poor customer service

brought jetski in on may 16th,2012 for a small fiberglass repair.was told it would be done by may 22nd so I prepaid for the work to be done..had been working so wasnt a big deal.stopped by after work on the first day of my holidays on may 24th and my jeyski hadnt even been started on.Was told by Paul Edwards that he promised it would be brought in to the shop and started on the next morning may 25th.went by there around noon and they still hadnt started on it or even looked at it.was told they could start on it for sure Monday morning(may 28th)and I said that was an unacceptable time frame because i had just started my 6 day holiday and wanted to use it while the good weather was here,sunny and hot.asked them to refund my money and give me ski back which they did.If they would have told me they couldnt do it ,I would have found someone else or changed my holiday plans.I was treated like a nobody while the big boat guys were more important to them.guess i didnt spend enough money.have heard many complaints about similar instances and now I know why.
