The best care I've ever received from any veterinarian and staff,Sr Mann and Casey and all the staff go way over and beyond for your pet,my cat Ozzy got the absolute best care their until has last days,my sister also brings her lab their and she just loves them as well,reasonable pricing,thorough care with a superb radiologist that reviews xrays with the doctor,very delicate with problem animals,they just have a way with them,ive had a few vets before,they didn't compare

Had a bad experience but was resolved

They almost bullied me into doing tests advising me that it would be only 214 they would give me a deal they were so concerned including the medication I paid said ok. Come to find out it didn’t cover his medication they lied and only provided the cheap part of the medication not the drug he needed for his heart. So they got their money for tests I couldn’t afford and now I have to pay extra for his heart medication Liars

My two older cats were constantly sent for expensive blood tests. Enough is enough. They are in it for themselves and not the animals. I was blackmailed to bring them in for more blood tests or they would not receive their life saving meds ! Scandalous !

All the staff, from front end to the vets themselves, go out of there way to make you a part of their family. They are extremely compassionate and understanding of each and every situation and how they are all different and strive to make things work the best way they can. I would recommend, and Have done, this clinic to anyone.

Very sick cat, needed extensive surgery. Dr Mann and Dr Partini pulled off a miracle. Staff were all very friendly and compassionate. Thank you for saving my cat!

We have been taking our dog to Menzies Hospital for about two years and are very happy with the service provided by Dr Mann and the staff. They communicate each time what is needed for our dog and cost etc. Their prices are very competitive.

Dr Mann is such a gentle and caring vet. Our poor weimaraner needed emergency surgery in February of this year. Dr Mann stayed after hours to perform a very difficult surgery. He came back in the middle of the night just to check on how she was doing. She is home and doing well now. It is definitely because he went above and beyond! We are very thankful to have him as our vet.

Not a good vet.

Dr. Mann saw my pet for the same issue for over 9 months. There has been no resolution to my pet's condition, and all Dr. Mann seems to be capable of doing is ordering up more expensive, inconclusive tests, and not solving the issue. The obese cat in the waiting room should have been a tip off, but unfortunately, I overlooked it. Take your animals elsewhere.
