Valley Health and Fitness in Cobble Hill is a 7300 sq ft. facility with cardiovascular equipment, selectorized and plate loaded strength equipment, functional training equipment, free weights, group fitness classes, indoor cycling classes, as well as yoga, zumba and jazzercise classes. All areas are temperature controlled, and our facilities include an infrared sauna and a tanning studio.     Good gym for the area stationary bikes could be upgraded but overall I like it

    Overly crowded in people and machines. Should be in a much larger area. Old cardio equipment

    Great gym with friendly and helpful fitness trainers, a wide range of classes for all interests and lots of fitness options to choose from. Many areas are set up to serve your interest whether it be Zumba, Yoga, Spin Class, or hitting the free/universal weights or cardio machines. It's the hub in a great location where you can do your grocery shopping or head for a coffee or pedicure after getting your sweat on.
