Ford pickup service. I found the staff very cheerful, professional and courteous. The facilities were clean and bright. Just driving through the city and it stands out as a good place to stop on a long trip when your oil light is blinking. They were very helpful and careful with my vehicle. Definitely will stop again

Did not have to wait long at all. Full size truck service. Cost very reasonable. Staff was excellent and friendly did not push for anything, just very professional. The facility was very clean and it appeared they took great pride in their business and work. Definitely recommend

Do Not Recommend!

We took our car here and the inexperienced staff over torqued the oil drain plug on the engine oil pan. Stripping the threads on the pan! Do not take your vehicle here! They do not warranty their work! Take the time to take your vehicle to an APPROVED mechanic for servicing who will guaranty their work!!!!!!!! We are not the only ones in Cranbrook who have had issues!!!!!!!

They Will DAMAGE Your Vehicle

The lack of proper service and completing what they promised cost me $4000 in repairs. When brought to the attention of the owner there was not even a commitment to improve the service level of his staff. This is the wrong place to take your vehicle and expect it to be checked thoughly as they promise. DO NOT TRUST THEM! I am not the only one in Cranbrook to have been treated like this.
