    I wanted to purchase insurance in the Cranbrook location. The Service Professionals were very short tempered and demonstrated poor customer service. I took my business to another agency where I had a pleasant experience. My negative experience with Hub Insurance will cost them my business in commercial properties, four vehicles, utility vehicles, and Travel/ Life insurances. Add in the no referrals and unhappy comments are not worth poor customer service.
