    Have had my brothers vehicle for a week but have not towed it to the requested shop because they are sort on drivers. Will not allow anyone into their yard so I can make arrangement for someone else to tow to repair shop. Don't seem to care

    The customer serv...

    The customer service there in the past has been great but I spoke to the most awful woman who actually said "I hope you never get your car back" she says she starts after 4 so I suggest during the busiest time for people after work to avoid them at all cost. Will never use these guys again.

    I'm not exactly sure what this review is related too, but I can say if we scratch a vehicle during a service, then we will make good on our mistake and have the vehicle repaired at our cost.
