    Arrived right at their closing time to be told $220.00 field service would apply even though staff was still there. Even charged $4.00 fuel surcharge. $312.00 to repair two tires that took less than one hour. Certainly not customer service oriented. I have had 35 years in the automotive business and never heard of charging to call someone in when they are already there. Simply taking advantage of someone but I guess customer service is a thing of the past for this shop.
