    I saw a mattress I was interested in, listed in their flyer. Given the distance I would have to travel to see it, I phoned with my questions first. I was transferred to Sales and I asked if they had the mattress on display and was told yes. I asked what the firmness level was and the guy told me "it is a great mattress and it saves "X" number of bottles in the ocean and I should go see it. I replied that he hadn't answered my question.
