Disgraceful customer service. Cancelled the appointment three days in a row then finally came to fix one of their improperly installed items only to create another problem during the process then refusing service after that. These guys shouldn't even be in business. I explained to the owner that the tech's have now created two issues requiring service and he flat out told me I should get someone else to do it. I am literally stuck paying someone else to fix their poor work! STAY AWAY!!!!
Putting one star is even generous for this business. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was told I needed a part to fix an appliance in my apartment and took over a month to even get an appointment.
I was booked between 3pm & 5pm on a Friday. Awaiting this technician all afternoon finally brought a call 5 min to 5 o'clock -just before supper- that he was "running late" Is this the only technician this company has? In all my days living on my own did I EVER have a company give me a 2 hr window just to call 5 mins before the latest time saying that they weren't even on their way. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I am extremely surprised at the review here. I have dealt with this company for years and have always been treated wonderfully and their service was more than prompt. Usually when ordering the parts I needed, they were in the very next day. I highly recommend this company as it is top notch!!!!!
Appalling service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Took 2 months to fix a small part on an oven that I was quoted $200 but ended up having to pay nearly $400.
They cancelled their original diagnostic service call twice, despite us making arrangements to be home from work; they asked us 5 times if t was under warranty; was then told "the guy that looked at your oven has gone on holiday for a month" and "no-one could do it in the meantime"...when we chased up 6 weeks later, we were asked whether it was under warranty. Again. Service call to fix was cancelled 2 hours before they were due, no apologies at all. Fixed in 15 mins a week later, charged $210 for a part but about $170 for "labour" for 15 mins of work from a guy who obviously had better things to do than be polite.
I then paid with a cheque - was not banked. When I called to ask when it would be deposited they didn't know. I decided to make a complaint to the manager. When i finished my complaint, I got a "Merry Christmas Sir", and they hung up. No apologies, no offer of any kind of compensation, nothing.
No standards, no manners, no principles. No good. I will be telling EVERYONE I know NEVER to use this company!
