I was in Summerland at the time and a Friday afternoon. Dr Chalmers waited for me to get there. so pleased with his service. had to see him several times to correct what was going on. thank you, staff great.
All arrangements were made for me and appointments were timely. Service by the physician and staff was very pleasant and helpful. Had one eye done a few days ago and now waiting for the paper work for the next eye. Service is "A" rated.
My recent experience with this officeis horrible! I had Iritis in 2010 and Blepharitis in 2012; both of which were diagnosed and treated by Dr. Jeffrey Chambers. I woke up to a tender red eye last Monday and contacted the office with great concern after two walk-in clinics were unable to diagnose. I was instructed to hot compress by Chambers office. I called back frustrated when my vision became blurry. I was told that I would receive a call back. 24 hrs went by with no call back. I called to inform them that after 5 days of not being diagnosed another Ophthalmologist office informed me that due to my history, Iritis can not wait!! I finally got the diagnosis and treatment I needed.
This office did not show me any respect and turned me away. I called four times over a 5 day period concerned for my eye and well being. They have my file on record and still denied me an appointment. This condition can lead to permanent vision loss if not detected and treated aggressively asap!!
