Terrible customer service. I bought gift cards here for my sister birthday. They failed to activate these gift cards. I had to come back numerous times and they still couldnt fix it. I had to finally call their head office. DONT BUY GIFT CARDS HERE. The staff are extremely unhelpful and clearly need more training.

Store itself is bright and clean. Prices not the best nor are they the worst. The problem is with the check out. Cold and impersonal and they never tell you the total of your bill. Not everyone can see the tiny printing on the screen. When I asked for my total, I was told I don’t normally tell customers. What.? Is it a secret? How am I supposed to know how much to give the cashier? I don’t think it would require much effort to say “ that comes to”
