In regards to your review about Sports Replay and especially the manager Ryan. I walked into Sports Replay 7 years ago as a single mom who's son wanted to play hockey. Ryan went out of his way to make sure my son recieved proper equipment, reasonable prices, and even took the time to show my son how to tape his stick. My children and I go no where else and consider Ryan our personal shopper for all of our sports needs. He always bends over backwards to help us and takes his time with each of my kids, even if we run into him outside of work. I am sorry you had a bad experience but am sure that there was something else going on because what you describe does not hold true of the business and staff at Sports Replay. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years and plan on spending many more years there yet.
If theres one thing I can tell you about Sports Replay, it is that it has amazing service! Everyone who works there is a joy to be around! Smiles always, and they are extremely helpful and polite. We have been coming to this store for years needing everything from skateboards to hockey helmets, and every time we walk out feeling like family and valued costumers. I would also like to make a special note dedicated to one of the stores full time staff Ryan M. Ryan is an amazing man with a heart for people. He is always willing to take time to help answer any question we may come up with. His friendly, upbeat nature makes every visit to the store enjoyable. Thank you Sports Replay for all you do, and for heiring such well mannered, friendly and inviting staff! We love you!!
Every time I have gone in this store I have had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I highly recommend this store for any sporting purchase, new or used.
The employees at Sports Replay seem to have no training whatsoever and are totally incompetant. The manager (Ryan) is extremely rude and treats customers with arrogance and distain. I will NEVER do business there again!
