So I had a lawn mower delivered and they phoned me saying its in and it needs to be picked up asap, so I head over after work giving them a call because I was going to be right near closing and they said just get here by 6. I arrived at 5:59 and the door is locked and the woman just looks at me through the window then walks to the back completely ignoring me when I said Im the guy you asked to get the lawnmower. Just horrific service from useless govt employees who dont care about customers.
