Mr.Fix gave me a free assessment that the charging port on my 12 year old cell phone couldn't be fixed. So they gave me a great deal on a better replacement phone for less than I was expecting to pay for the repair. They transferred over my Sim card for free. Very happy with service provided.

Great Service and they did not try and upsell me. I told them what i needed for a gaming computer and they provided exactly what i needed. I did have an issue with sound and they fixed it in one day. I have also had my Ipad screen replaced and the service for that was great as well.
$200+ laptop repair bill, brand-new motherboard and software installed, sound completely stops working a week later even with headphones or a bluetooth speaker. Super shady premise. Would not recommend.
