Weed Man

Very poor customer service and products. My lawn is in worse shape than before they started working for me. I have since cancelled my service with them, expecting a refund and they are now demanding i have an unpaid balance. They did not keep their word for scheduling, the product they use does not work, my weeds are growing faster and taller than my grass. I still have green moss growing in my lawn too, after the moss killing treatment. I do NOT recommend this company.

Can only wish I read this first. From work done I did not authorize to abusive phone calls. Now trying to collect for work not authorized and done poorly at that. Not happy.:(

They come door to door and will not take no for an answer. They want all your personal information to give you a quote. I gave her my name and then she asked for my phone number and I declined, since we already have lawn care and are happy with what we have. She then got super pushy. My sister said they had just come a few weeks ago and it was a guy and said he was super pushy as well. My sister said she told them not to come on our property anymore when she had dealt with them, they came anyway

Pushy, rude & endless marketing calls

I should have known we were in for trouble when a door-to-door sales guy made me sign a waiver saying I agreed to receive their sales quote. Cue dozens of phone calls from several different numbers at all times of the day, never leaving a voice mail. Both times I did answer, the sales pitch was really pushy. I had to tell the 2nd guy multiple times I wasn't interested this year, and then he hung up on me while I was thanking him for his time. Rude. We'll be sure to never use their services now.

Does anyone know how to contact this company. Just getting a busy signal when calling the 877 number... No replies after emailing through their website either... Getting frustrated...

Like many Island ...

Like many Island fly by night companies they don't show up on time, products don't work, I even terminated them early cause I didn't want to deal with them again yet they still call me... Don't waist your time/money with this company if you want something done right you gotta do it yourself!
