Frustrated when by phone after I explained why I needed to have a one to one consultation with Doctor the front line lady and the Doctor let me know would not be possible due COVID19. Sad to see how medical centre staff (Male Doctor) seems to put his scary and unprofessional attitude first. I would like to see more consideration for the patient health instead of saying “you are not the only one with the same problem”

Clinic processed patients quickly, even tho there was only 1 doctor on shift. Any doctor anywhere gives only 10-15 minute appointments, and allows only one issue per appointment. This is standard anywhere in BC. If you need a longer appointment to process multiple issues, you might be able to get your long term family doctor to accommodate, but this is a walk-in clinic! And it seems to do that well: processes people quickly, when another doctor is not otherwise available. Thanks for your service

This clinic does there best to accommodate people like me that don't have a family doctor! Will be recommending to other family and friends.

They don't seem to understand BC insurance processes and this caused me a lot of problems with an ICBC claim. If you've been in a MVA - don't go here.

not enough Doctors in the Nelson area

This clinic is not accepting new patients. (April 30, 2013)
