    This shop has the WORST customer service ever. The owner, Fran is very rude and doesn't care if customer's find fault with the merchandise. Everything needs to be paid up front. Do not bring your mother, bridesmaid or anyone you know here. You will only have negative memories to associate with your wedding. DO NOT COME HERE.

    This is BY FAR the worst dress store I've EVER been to. They are rude to they're customers. They push you into every sale. They also are not up front about why they're charging you. They charged me $20 for a bag without even telling me. There is no refunds. they don't care about they're customers just want your money. they also blame your their mistakes on you. Lady made me feel bad about not buying not buying my dress sooner. just overall poor and unethical business. DO NOT COME HERE.

We at Jonathan's Bridal and Formal Wear believe after more than 26 years and having hundreds of thousands of happy customers are one thing and having a few unhappy customer is another.     Terrible Customer Service

    Don't get alterations done on your dress here, take your purchase elsewhere to have alterations done. We paid to have my daughter's grad dress shortened with her 4 3/4 inch heels on & when the dress was ready for pick up, the dress was cut too short, now she has to wear flats, not the look she was going for, seeing she is petite. They would not reimburse us for the cost of the alterations & they even tried to say it was my daughters fault. They would not take ownership of their error.
